Dorothy T. White, 91. Of Parkville, Maryland passed away on November 28, 2014 at her home. She was born March 9, 1923 in Barstow, Maryland to the late Augusta and Eullalie Tucker.
Dorothy was a charter member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Prince Frederick. She was an avid bird watcher, and a champion in the Senior Olympic Horseshoe competition. She loved to read and was an excellent piano player.
Beloved wife of the late Charles Bert White and the late William H. Thurlow, III, devoted mother of Keith Thurlow, Jesse Thurlow and Nancy Thurlow. Stepmother of Linda, Elaine and Guy White, she is also survived by granddaughters Laura and Crystal Shinson and great grandmother of Diana and Sophia.
The family will receive friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD on Saturday December 6, 2014 from 11-12 noon where Memorial services will follow at noon. Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery, Memorial contributions may be made to the Boumi Shrine Transportation Fund, 5050 King Ave. Rosedale MD 21237.
