Daryl Lynn Ferrell, 65, of Lusby, MD passed away on August 3, 2022 at his residence.  Born August 29, 1956 in Rogersville, TN, he was the son of the late Carl A. Pumphrey and Laura (Williams) Pumphrey and James Ferrell.

Daryl worked in the construction field as a roofer.  He enjoyed restoring and riding motorcycles.

Daryl is survived by his children, Elizabeth Schmidt of Berkeley Springs, WV, Steven Ferrell (Mary) of Hedgesville, WV and Kimberly Draina (Timothy) of Boonsboro, MD; grandchildren, Kaleb, Steven and Leyla Schmidt, and Avery and Carter Draina; and his siblings, James Ferrell, Sr. of Jefferson, MD, Mary Ferrell of Lusby, MD, Christopher Pumphrey of Lusby, MD and Tina Pumphrey of Lusby, MD.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald H. Ferrell and his sister, Joyce Harvard.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service following at 1:00 p.m. at Rausch Funeral Home, P.A., 20 American Lane, Lusby, MD.
