I am so sorry for your loss. Ms. Horsmon taught both of my children in 4th grade (2004 and 2006). She was a fantastic teacher. Her life was meaningful to so many and she is gone much, much too soon. Take care of yourselves as you grieve.
My sincerest condolences to Chris, Courtney, Ben, Bentley, and Dottie. Cindy was such a beautiful soul. She was a fabulous teacher and friend. I will never forget her dedication to SLES and her role in making me feel so comfortable there.

It is hard to know what to say at a time like this. Cindy was such a caring and kind person. She will be missed so much. We worked together at St. Leonard when I substitute taught there many years ago. A job that was pretty tough, so I didn’t last long. All of my girls went to St. Leonard Elementary and did not have her as a teacher, but knew her well. There is a special place in heaven for people like her. Chris, Chuck and I send you our condolences to you and your family.
Miss Dotty, Chris, Courtney, Ben and Bentley, My heart hurts so much for your loss of your precious, beautiful and beloved Cindy. She was a Light sent here by God to show us how much He loves us. Cindy poured out her love, beauty and kindness to her family, friends and community every moment of her life. We are all the richer for it. May God’s loving arms surround all of you who mourn this Angel that was on loan to us. Love, your cousin Faith and friend Dale
