I met Connie at a young age when she worked in the Criminal Dept. PGCo. Court. Later she became my Criminal Division Supervisor in the Assignment Office. There aren’t enough words to express what a great person she was. Bob and Frankie you were her heart and soul. May you find peace and comfort in knowing how much she was loved. Rest In Peace dear friend.
