Please continue to pray for this sweet boy’s family! His funeral is tomorrow. God, as they gather to mourn the loss of Cody, I ask you to cover his family with your wings of love. Give them courage so that they can stand; share the fond memories they have of their beloved. Father, it has been such a big blow to them as a family, but you are their strength and strong tower. Lord, fill the gap that has been left in their hearts and give them the courage to face each day without him. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
I will remember Cody’s smile! His mother would bring her boys into my work all the time, while I was working in Maryland. There was never a time I didn’t see them laughing & smiling! I can only imagine the light; love this boy brought into sweet Chloe’s world! Praying hard for I know the journey of grief is a long road. May Cody’s good deeds; warm memories of him bring solace to all!
Cody was one of my best friends since we went to summer school together last year. That boy was nothing but good to everyone around him and I just hope everyone can be there for His family and loved ones like he was because that’s what he would want. I know you’re looking down on all of us Cody. We love you <3

I taught Cody at WHMS. He was always a bright spot in my day and will truly be missed. My deepest sympathy to the family, Chloe, and his friends.

Hello, This is Cody’s mother. I wasn’t aware until just now that people were able to comment here. I’m sorry my brain hasn’t been working the last 11 months. Where did you work? Trying to put faces to comments.
