Dear Bob and family. I am just finding out about Charlene’s passing. I send all of my love, prayers and condolences. Charlene was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. During my time as Postmaster of Tracy’s Landing we became friends. For over 20 years I have received a Birthday card from you guys. This is the first year she has missed, my birthday was October 7. I don’t know the circumstances of her death, however my Prayers are that she is at peace and smiling that gorgeous smile in heaven as she watches over us. If there is a service planned for a future date please let me know.
