Candace Jane “Candee” Faber, 69, of Lothian passed away August 25, 2022. She was born October 7, 1952, in Cheverly to Melvin W. and Jeane Elizabeth (Meyer) Stearlings. Candee grew up in Deale and graduated from Southern High School. She later attended Prince George’s Community College, studying accounting. She worked as an accountant for PSI for many years. In her spare time, Candee enjoyed crabbing and going to the beach.
Candee is survived by her son Nicholas R. Faber and his fiancé Margie, grandchildren Nicholas Faber, Jr., and Eliza Faber, and sisters Janice Nutwell, Kim Cullember, and Gina Kerfoot. She was preceded in death by her son Richard Faber, sister Karleen Talbott, and her parents Melvin and Jeane Stearlings.

I lost my best friend… a true friend. We’ve been their for each other since 9th grade…we had so so many memories we created together…. we had so much in common….she loved her boys so much and would do anything in her power for them…
