Billy Gene Milam (Bill), 81 of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away February 20, 2019.  He was born September 9, 1937 in Crumpler, WV to Oswald Milam and Margaret (Pugalee) Milam. Bill was in the National Guard and was Honorably Discharged in May 6, 1958.  In 1960 he moved to Washington DC.  He started working at the Safeway Corporation in 1961 and retired in 1995.  Bill was the oldest of 8 siblings, 4 brothers (Gerald, Carl, Larry, and Robert) and 3 sisters (Ann Lovett, Linda Beauchamp, and Vicki Witt).   He was a faithful NASCAR fan and loved to garden and spend time with his family.

Bill is survived by his two sons Billy Milam Jr. with wife Katrina Milam of Mooresville, NC and Michael Milam with wife Amy Milam of Prince Frederick, MD and his four grandchildren Branden, Kyle, Alyssa, and Emily.
