Five sister-in-law’s Kathleen Lane of Prince Frederick, MD, Rachel Adams, Tammy Parrish (Chris Parrish), Carol Harris (Ricky Harris), and Cathy Hall of Knoxville TN. Born in Prince Frederick Maryland, October 17, 1948, Benjamin was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Leroy and Helen Mae Lane, and his brother Edgar Wilson Lane.

Ben was a down to earth man, with the biggest heart, loving to everyone that he encountered over his many years of life. Ben enjoyed the simplicity of life. Ben started farming at a very young age, along with working part time at A&P/SuperFresh in Prince Frederick MD. Ben loved being outdoors, whether it was in the field, working on tractors in the barn, or just sitting on the back porch enjoying the air. Ben enjoyed spending his time away from farming with his family, from taking his grandkids to school and family gatherings at home.
