Anthony Joseph “Tony” Allegra, 83 of Lusby, MD passed away on December 16, 2014 at Burnett Calvert Hospice House. Born June 15, 1931 in Albany, NY, he was the son of the late Salvatore and Domenica Allegra.

Tony married his wife Agnes on September 16, 1953 in Washington, DC and moved to Calvert County in 1967 from Riverdale, MD. He was a bartender in multiple locations before his retirement in 1993.

Tony is survived by his children, Joe Allegra (Susan) of Lusby, MD, Micki Hooven (Rich) of Milford, DE, Aleta Farrell (Tommy) of Avenue, MD, Vincent Allegra (Tracy) of Rumford, ME, and Toni Allegra of Baltimore, MD; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and siblings, Rose Reid and Jenny Fedele both of New York. He was preceded in death by his wife Agnes in 2010 and his siblings, Joe Allegra and Blanche Tuttle.
