Licensed Funeral Director
We are seeking a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer to coordinate and handle arrangements for the families we serve including:
- Communicating and consulting with families to arrange funeral and memorial services.
- Ensuring families are presented with all appropriate service and merchandise options.
- Obtaining information needed to complete related documentation such as death certificates, burial and cremation permits, obituaries, and veterans benefits.
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting visitations and services.
Requirements
- Maryland funeral directors license
- Experience making funeral arrangements and embalming
- A belief in providing the highest levels of customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Funeral Assistants/Receptionists
We are seeking Part Time Funeral Assistants to help with the removal of decedents from hospitals, nursing homes, private residents, and hospice facilities. Funeral assistants are also needed at visitations, funerals, memorial services and burials to ensure that our guests experience the professional and courteous service for which the funeral home is known.
