Sorry to hear of your brother’s passing, Swoope. It’s never easy. I wish I could have known him when we lived in Huntingtown. We probably passed each other on the street. I know St. Anthony’s well. Diz

My sincere condolences to Eileen and the O’Malley family. My memories of Patrick are from when we were all part of the Baby Boom of kids on the block – always plenty of playmates for a game of Keep Away or Kickball on our dead-end street or a game of Hide and Seek on a summer evening.
Wishing comfort and peace.

After the Covid19 lockdown, Mr O’Malley was so grateful to receive meals again from Meals on Wheels. He posted a big thank you sign outside and greeted me with a big happy smile. He had a big heart. Remembering him fondly, Linda Springfield

My cousin, my neighbor, and my friend. Patrick and I grew up next door to each other from the time we were born. We weren’t only family but best friends. I remember everything we did. I was fortunate to hear from Patrick about 3 weeks ago just out of the blue. We reminisced for at least an hour on the phone. It brought back great memories. I feel in my heart that call was meant to be. It was Patrick saying good by to me until we meet again. God has many ways of giving us messages, but a believe in my heart this was Patrick’s way of letting me know what was coming. I love you very much. Say hi to the rest of the crew in heaven.
Your cousin
