Kayla Sue Brumfield, 64, of Lusby, MD passed away on January 16, 2022 at her residence.  Born December 10, 1957 in Little Rock, AR, she was the daughter of the late Audie W. Cleveland and Janis (Ellis) Cleveland.

Kayla was a member of the Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church.  She loved to hunt, fish, cook, play games, camp and spend time with family. Before becoming disabled, Kayla owned and ran the family business of A&J Gen. Mdse. in Holly Springs, AR.

Kayla is survived by her husband of 35 years, Vincent Brumfield, whom she married in Searcy, AR on December 12, 1986; her daughter, LaTisha Waters and husband Cody of Lusby, MD; four grandsons, Logan Wolfe of Conway, AR, Brendan Wolfe and husband Corey of California, MD, Jacob Carter of Lusby, MD, and Kyle Waters of Lusby, MD; and one “adopted by heart” brother, Darrell Martin and wife Sue of Searcy, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents, Audie and Janis Cleveland; her daughter, Leslie Wolfe; her sister, Lorrie Ann Poss and brother-in-law, Chris Poss.

Private funeral services for immediate family will be held at Rausch Funeral Home, Lusby, MD.  A Graveside Service will be held by Bradford Memorial Funeral Home for all family and friends at Roosevelt Cemetery, Judsonia, AR on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 1pm.

Family requests masks and social distancing be honored during the graveside service.
