Ted Lawrence Dutcher,69, of St. Leonard, Maryland passed away on September 16, 2018 in Washington DC. He was born August 19, 1949 in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late Benjamin L. and Lotte E. Dutcher. Ted was a 1967 graduate of Calvert High School, and served in the US Coast Guard. He was a wonderful artist and found great peace in painting. He was a happy soul with a marvelous sense of humor and very quick wit. A constant whistler who loved life and lived it to the fullest. He will be sorely missed.
Ted is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Dutcher, father of Christopher L Dutcher and Nissa B. Terrell. Grandfather of Enola G. Bates and Aaron J. Terrell, he is also survived by his brothers Benjamin Ditcher and Martin Dutcher.
