Judy L. Fulir, 71, of Hollywood, MD passed away on November 9, 2025 at her residence. Born May 27, 1954 in Pawhuska, OK, she was the daughter of the late Bob Powell and Edith (Lynn) Powell.
Judy is survived by her husband, Mark Fulir; step-children, Melissa and Joseph Fulir; her sister, Bobbie Foreman and husband Mickey; her nieces, Bobbi Jo and Dianna Foreman; and numerous other nieces, nephews, dear friends and her cherished Boston Terriers, Quincy and Angus.

Judy was my official shoe shopping buddy. We used to sneak off and go to Belk and always ended up in the shoe department. Through the years, after I moved away from Maryland, we did internet shopping. She would say, I saw these and you need to have them. We would always joke that no matter if our clothing sizes changed, our shoe sizes stayed the same. I would tell her we were helping the economy. So in her memory, I bought these. She would approve. 💜
