I had the opportunity to serve with Donna at the Capitol Heights volunteer fire department for several years as she was part of the ladies auxiliary. She always had a Smile On her face and always laughing. It was also fun times at the beach during the firemen’s convention. She was always willing to help out. I also enjoy seeing her at the Rite Aid/Walgreens in Prince Frederick and taking time to talk to her and let her know what was going on at the firehouse. Dona you will be missed and rest in peace.

My family didn’t know Donna very long. She was my 103 year old mother’s roommate. She couldn’t have been any better of a roommate. She cared about my mom and she was always watching out for her. We were all very lucky to have her as my mother’s roommate. She would always talk to my mom and even take her hands and feet and she would hum a song and dance with her. She would make my mom smile and than of course Donna would do her laugh which would always make anyone around her laugh too. My family will always have fond memories of Donna. We loved her dearly. Rest in peace Donna. With all of our love.

I knew Donna from my early years living next door to her in Fort Washington. She was the cool older sister of my friend, Maryann. She had the first original Mustang car that I had ever seen. I used to watch Denny and Donna go out on dates in that car. Donna was always stylish and I wanted to flip my hair just like hers in those days. I’m sure her family will miss her terribly. Rest in peace, Donna.
