Audrey Louise Murray, 84, of Prince Frederick passed away March 25, 2015 at Calvert County Nursing Center. She was born in Capitol Heights on July 28, 1930 to Charles Lewis and Dorothy Jane (Dedman) Posey. Audrey was raised in Washington, D.C. and graduated from Eastern High School. She married Joseph B. Murray and they lived in D.C., Bradbury Heights, Seat Pleasant and District Heights, and moved to Lothian in 1973. Mr. Murray passed away in 1991, and Audrey moved to Chesapeake Beach in the mid 1990’s and has been a resident of Calvert County Nursing Center for the past five years. She was primarily a homemaker, was a Dallas Cowboys fan, and enjoyed playing BINGO, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, a son Joseph Lewis “Butch” Murray, and brothers Jack and Louis Posey. Audrey is survived by children Dorothy A. Morley of Prince Frederick, Robert W. Murray and wife Kimberly of Owings, and Brenda S. Agambar and husband William of Prince Frederick. Also surviving are grandchildren Michelle Parrott, Robby and Christina Murray and Douglas and Joe Agambar, seven great-grandchildren and a step-grandson Shawn Bennett.
