Lionel, though I only met you a few times, I could easily tell what a great friend you were to my wife and her family . And you accepted me as Dee‘s husband. I don’t know why, but I have an empty pit in my stomach right now losing you. That is how special you were. Condolences to your family and may you rest in peace and may we see you on the other side.
Lionel I want to thank you for being such a good friend to the Barnett family and to me. You accepted me when most of the family did not and for you I thank you. You were a very funny and happy man. I’m sorry I didn’t get to meet you that many times, but those times I’m going to cherish. Right now I have a pit in my stomach because you passed away. Condolences to your family and may we meet on the other side. I miss you , Mac.

My Mom and Lionel were carpool buddies for years. I got to carpool with them for a few of those years. He helped me get a summer job at the FAA. He was a great friend and will be missed. My deepest condolences to the family.

Jenny,
I am so sorry for this tremendous loss. I can still see your dad at the Capital Center watching the Caps. He was always kind to me. He will be missed.
Love you,
Cindy
