Robert Arthur “Bob” Biederman

Robert Arthur “Bob” Biederman, 70, of Tracy’s Landing passed away April 22, 2024. He was born July 12, 1953 to Clarence Hensel and Catherine Edith (Brown) Biederman. Bob grew up in District Heights and graduated from Suitland High School. He later attended Prince George’s Community College. Bob married Mary Frances Talbert on September 1, 1975 and they lived in Suitland before moving to Tracy’s Landing in 1976. Bob worked as a Photo Engraver for several companies, most recently McArdle Printing, and retired in 2015. Bob attended Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. He loved all types of music including live music and enjoyed going to see tribute bands. Bob was a family man; he coached his children’s sports teams when they were younger and enjoyed being able to spend time with his family. He also enjoyed boating, fishing, and playing cards. Bob was a handyman and jack of all trades, a skill he learned from working with his father. Bob was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed.
Bob is survived by his wife Mary Frances Biederman, children Lisa Sunday and her husband James of Tracy’s Landing, Debra Greenway and her husband George of Grasonville, and Christina Jarina and her husband Jeff of Catonsville, 5 grandchildren, his mother Catherine Biederman of Tracy’s Landing, and sister Linda Pritchard and her husband Eric of Berkeley Springs, WV. Bob was preceded in death by his father Clarence Biederman.

Wow! Bob was a great friend , neighbor and coach. Bob was responsible for my daughter’s success on the Basketball court during her time with UYC and then St Marys High School. Robin and me would like to express to Mary and her family our condolences from my entire family. May you rest In peace sir.
