Our sincerest and deepest condolences to Russ’s brother Norm and the extended families. We lived next door to Russ the past three years and got to know his late mother and dog before they too passed. Whenever we could, we would go over with a hot plate and check in on Russ as he was having a hard time with the passing of his mother and beloved family mascot.
My wife Damaris and I are deeply saddened by Russell’s passing but are comforted in knowing Christ our Lord will guide him towards heavens gates because we’ve prayed hard for Russ daily.
May Russ finally get the rest and peace he’s been so desperately seeking, in Jesus name, amen!
Sincerely,
Felix & Damaris Figueroa

Norm, my depeest condolences to you and your family on Russ’ passing. It breaks my heart that he has passed at such a young age. Russ was a big part of our early childhood friendship in Dunkirk, and I will never forget him, especially how he always tried to become part of whatever it was we were doing. I respected him and his persistence, even as young children, and I still remember how he looked up to you. The relationship that you and Russ had back then was a rich one, and it taught me, an only child, a lot about sibling relationships that I still use to understand them. Many miles still separate us, but I’m still here for you, my friend, just ask.
