On behalf of everyone at Fanning Law, LLC, please accept our heartfelt condolences for the loss of your loved one.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Yatman, and extend our sympathies to their family and friends. May you find comfort in cherished memories and strength in each other during this challenging time. Our thoughts are with you
My brother Tim was a lover of travel and traveled to all seven continents. During his travels to Australia, he took diving lessons and began his love for the ocean and diving. He became a dive instructor and took Boy Scouts for diving lessons for he once was a Boy Scout himself and wanted to give back. He was also involved in the Preservation Societies of Prince George’s and Calvert Counties and the Grand Encampment Museum of Encampment, WY. He was also involved with colonial dancing and danced at the Kennedy Center and Williamsburg. Tim had many hobbies but his love for woodworking and building was evident from an early age. My brother will be dearly missed for his sense of humor and laugh will always be with me, Pat, Marjorie, Kenn (brother-in-law) and Alex (nephew). Much love my dear brother, there will be a hole in my heart for the rest of my life. – Sabiha
Sabiha,
I am so sorry for you, Pat and Maggie in the loss of your brother Tim. Though I only saw him a few times (most notably Kenn & Maggie’s wedding) I was aware of his diverse interests and love of family. Let his memory be a blessing.

To continue off of what my sister Sam has written about our brother. Tim was also a boyscout in his younger days (Lol). Tim’s love of working with his hands came when working at Cris Brothers building the steel booths for the metro train systems back in the early 90’s. That’s when he found a job working for the Cristofanes of Blandensburg where he was hired as the care taker of the Bostwick Estate. Tim was also the family prankster putting hot sauce on my burger while at a family gathering in Florida or talking Marjorie into eating a hot pepper. I’ve gotten my knowledge of how to run and install electrical wiring in the basement of my house. Like Sam said my heart will for ever have a hole in it for the rest of my life. Tim I love you and will forever miss you. May you rest in peace brother. ❤️
Our heartfelt Condolences are extended to Janet and family for the loss of Tim. We have many cherished moments and adventures with Tim, especially Fred who shared his passion as a scuba diver. His sense of humor, knowledge, and helpful hand will always be remembered. Our prayers are ascended as we join you in mourning his loss. In deepest sympathy Fred and Bev Lyles.
