Tommy was always there with an ear and “free advice” as he would say. I learned from his practical wisdom, and enjoyed his wicked sense of humor.
Diane, I know you’ll find peace in knowing Tommy is at peace and most likely already striking deals.
Rest Easy
Diane and Carol,
I was so sad to hear that Tommy passed away. He meant so much to me in my young adulthood helping me raise my family. He always had advice and even helped me monetarily when I needed it as an employee. He was one of the smartest people that I had the pleasure of knowing. I have fond memories of my “Gas & Go” days working for him and Frank. He was always there for me. My prayers go out to all of you at this sad time. May your memories overcome your sadness knowing that he is no longer in pain. Good bye ” Mother Wellons” as he affectionately known as.
Diane,so sorry to hear of Tommie’s passing. He WAS a good friend, mentor and a true entrepreneur. The hours he put in the businesses he bought and started all show his true character. He really loved you. When you two started dating(you worked at the courthouse) and he talked about you, his whole voice and demeanor changed .
I was blessed to have known him. My prayers to you and Carol.
