Dear Joan and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. It’s one of those times when there are just no words to express what I am feeling. Praying that the love of God and precious memories will, in time, give you peace. Your Olivet neighbor. Ruth Alice
Hi Joan
I remember the birth of Troy. Troy was a blessing to your family and to the world.
We will miss him
I hope to catch up with you at some point. I still live in Millersville.

Some things seem so backward in life from our limited human vision and loss of a child is certainly one of those mysteries of life. God understands and cares about our grief. King David lost a child and a older son and he felt the grief of both and cried out in pain at both instances and it is certain that we as well do the same and it is alright to do this and to grieve such a great loss. I will continue to pray for courage and God’s love to be expressed to you dear mother.
I don’t know where to even start. I just found out of Troy’s passing. I will forever cherish the absolute friendship I had with Troy if he cared about you he would always be there for you when/if you needed it. We worked together and where pretty inseparable for quite a few years. I just feel numb, honestly. I can only imagine how his family and loved ones feel.
If you need anything “Burleigh” just let me know.
To Troy’s family. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Troy as the base EKMS Manager for Patuxent River and would see him many times. Troy was one of the few people that made me laugh, he would put me in tears. Losing a friend like Troy you loose a part of yourself. It’s an emptiness that hurts constantly. I am ashamed to have found out of his passing so late. To his family all I can give is my condolences. My wife Cassandra and I will keep you all in our prayers. May God’s light shine down upon your family and provide you solace. Juan & Cassandra Santiago
