Earle William Hall
January 26, 1942 – June 3, 2023
Earle William Hall, 81, passed away peacefully at Hospice of the Chesapeake on June 3, 2023 where he was surrounded by his family. Earle, affectionally named Baba by his grandchildren, was born on January 26, 1942 in Annapolis, Maryland to the late George Hall and Jessie Hooper Hall of Davidsonville, Maryland.
Earle grew up in Davidsonville and was one of ten children. He graduated from Southern High School in Lothian in 1960 and then joined the Air Force where he spent four years and two years in the Reserves. He was always so proud to have served. In 1961 he married Patricia (Patsi) Epstein and after his military service was over they returned to live in their home in Deale, Maryland where he resided until his death. Their daughter, Lori, was born at the military base where he was assigned.
He was such a hard worker and always found things to do around the home that he loved. After he retired from working for one company for over 40 years, he was able to enjoy playing golf, and vacationing at the Outer Banks with his family. A big fan of the Orioles, he spent many hours at Camden Yards, also with his family, rooting for his favorite team. He had a full, happy life and will be so missed and thought of every day.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Epstein Hall, and daughter, Lori Hall Browning. He is also survived by his grandchildren, D. W. Browning and Stephanie A. Browning and two great-grandchildren, Paige and Connor Browning. He is also survived by his sisters, Eleanor and Linda, and brothers, Ernest, Joseph, Roland and Robert. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Lucille and two brothers, Gilbert and George.
Visitation and sharing of memories were held privately.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Earle’s name to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD. 21122 to whom his family will be eternally grateful for the compassionate care that he received while there.
