Daniel Wayne “Danny” Goff
March 11, 1963 – October 23, 2021
Daniel Wayne “Danny” Goff, 58, of Davidsonville passed away October 23, 2021. He was born March 11, 1963 in Prince George’s County to James “Harry” and Audrey Janet Goff. Danny grew up in Lothian and attended Southern High School. He worked as a plumber in Davidsonville for many years, a job he truly loved. Later on, in life Danny moved to Hedgesville, WV so he could spend his nights and weekends in his favorite place, on the river in the woods, all while continuing to commute back to Davidsonville for work. His family cherished the time they spent with him in West Virginia. When Danny wasn’t working or hunting, he would be talking about hunting or spending time with his grandchildren, two things he loved to do.
Danny is survived by his wife Jennifer Goff of Davidsonville, children Michael Goff and wife Amanda of Huntingtown, Kristen Goff and husband Chris of Martinsburg, WV, and Kelley Goff of Martinsburg, WV, step daughter Ashley Mattero of Edgewater, grandchildren Sylus, Scarlett, Slade, Lucas, and Isabella, brother David Goff of Florida and sister Rebecca Schaaf of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers John and James Goff.

Oh my! Such sad, news! Danny worked for me a couple of times when he was about 16 on the moving van truck I drove for Am. Red Ball and North American Van Lines. He really liked the traveling we did all over the country moving furniture for folks.
I’m so sorry I won’t be in attendance, for I’m on my way to Oregon with a load of soap.
My condolences to his family and friends. Save me a good deer hunting spot and hope to join you soon. Norman Browning
