Kevin Kowalczyk of Huntingtown, MD formerly of Bowie, MD died unexpectedly on June 11, 2024 at the age of 56. He graduated from Largo High School in 1985 and attended Lincoln Technical Institute, which allowed him to follow his passion for classic automotive repair and modification. Kevin took great pride in his work and enjoyed the friendships he developed within the classic car community. He was also an avid gun collector, who enjoyed repairing and restoring guns. Kevin was always willing to lend a hand and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Edward Kowalczyk. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Noel Kowalczyk and their two sons, Seth and Gage Kowalczyk; his mother Rita Kowalczyk; his brother Eddie (Kalina) Kowal; his sister Sarah (Kyle) Greer; his nieces Christina Kowal, Kailey Greer, and Alana Kowal.

A Celebration of Life Car Show will be held in Kevin’s honor in the Fall. Date and location will be announced once plans are finalized.
