Tim was our program manager at Raytheon. He was a kind and happy person and always reached out and asked about our families. We had a dance recital for our daughters and he came all the way with his family to attend. Our deep condolences to the family for your loss.

We are saddened for your loss. We worked with Tim for almost 20 years at Raytheon. I will always remember him as a mentor and a good man, devoted to his co-workers, and above all to family. Tim eagerly shared his pride in his culture, and frequently brought in his homemade salsa for his office mates to sample during Hispanic Heritage month. Tim was the program manager at my first job out of college, and for many years after. He always had an open door and was incredibly supportive and kind to an intern and then new full time employee. When I moved away from the area and telecommuted, I was always sad to miss out when he brought in homemade salsa for the office. I believe he brought the peppers from NM every year, and it was worth it as the salsa was amazing. Tim left an indelible mark on EOSDIS and I am blessed to have had the chance to know and work with him. My condolences and thoughts to the family for their loss.

He was a Brilliant gentleman A lot of ♥️ for his wife, Rosa, their kids, & grandson; Generous kindness, educator’s wisdom– I can’t tell it all. It was a privilege & honor to be his caregiver, but not alone, his family were there with me. I will never forget the love from the family & all his friends. Rest well till we meet again. You will be missed.

I had the honor of working with Tim during my time at Raytheon. Not only was he a warm and generous person that cared very deeply about the people he led, but he consistently lived his core values and did the right thing, even when times were difficult. He was a true renaissance man and leaves behind an impressive legacy that will continue to inspire others to Make This Day Count. I am deeply saddened by his loss and send my thoughts and prayers to his family. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of having Tim as a mentor for a small time before he left Raytheon. In the small amount of time I had with Tim as a mentor, he made an impact on me and my overall goals for career growth. He was a very humble and direct person which I personally admired. My deepest condolences to Tim and his family.

Rosa, Carmen, Amanda, Olivia, Gabriel, and the family who Tim loved so much, we are sharing our condolences to you in your loss of one of the best men in the world. We know the family as friends and neighbors, and were lucky enough to get to know Tim. As mentioned to the family, he was always fiesty and full of life – living it and loving it – and always ready with a smile and good mischief. Tim was always a teacher and so patient, whether it be a discussion over food or who had the better process at work! Tim, you are so missed but you live on through your great family.

To The Family, I worked with Tim in the Lanham, MD office whenever he did an office visit. He had the best sense of humor and such a calming voice. I pray for peace, comfort and understanding for each of you. Tim is now made whole and is dancing with his ancestors.
